Alicia DuBois Schopp | Founder & Lead Designer
Alicia founded Design by DuBois in 2019. She brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design, including eight years as a senior art consultant.
She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited college. Today, she leads the studio’s multifamily projects, from early layouts and finish selections through procurement, installation, and the final details.
Outside the studio, Alicia enjoys time at home in Atlanta with her husband and two dogs.
Meagan Brown | Interior Designer
Meagan brings more than 20 years of interior design experience, with a focus on paint selection, installation, and styling. She enjoys working closely with clients, getting to know how they use a space, and bringing the final details together.
Outside of work, she spends time with her family and enjoys days on the lake.
Francia Sanchez | Interior Designer
Francia focuses on interior and architectural design, technical drawings, and drafting. With more than 20 years across design and business, she develops concept boards, elevations, and detailed drawings for cabinetry, lighting, finishes, and furnishings. She also supports specifications and procurement and works in both English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Francia enjoys time with her children and exploring new places and cultures.
