This multifamily clubhouse renovation in Tampa, FL transformed an outdated, underutilized amenity space into a modern, resident-focused hub. The original layout, defined by closed-off rooms, dark finishes, and limited functionality, was reimagined into an open, connected floor plan featuring expanded sightlines, a reconfigured clubroom with glass doors for event flexibility, and a new expansive fitness center.
Design by DuBois led the complete interior design for this apartment community, introducing custom FF&E including lounge furniture, performance fabrics, decorative lighting, bold paint accents, and tailored millwork. New finishes throughout and enlarged windows refreshed the architectural shell without expanding the building footprint.
The renovation also encompassed a full leasing office remodel, as well as upgrades to the game room, co-working areas, and outdoor amenities. The pool zone was enhanced with new lounge seating, pergolas, and updated fresh stone finishes, and a modern outdoor fireplace silhouette for year-round resident use.
Natural materials, elevated finishes, and thoughtful lighting create a boutique-style atmosphere throughout. The result is a cohesive, design-forward amenity suite that enriches the resident experience and strengthens long-term asset value in a competitive multifamily market.
