At Altitude 970, Design by DuBois refreshed the multifamily clubroom and model unit with a focus on comfort, contrast, and style. 

The clubroom blends layered textures and clean lines with sculptural lighting and bold finishes, creating a dynamic yet livable gathering space for residents. 

In the model unit, a neutral base is warmed up with earthy tones, textural accents, and thoughtful styling that reflects modern Kansas City living. Every selection—from furniture to wall treatments—was chosen to elevate the feel of the space while staying approachable, functional, and rental-ready.
