Axis Midtown’s amenity spaces and model were refreshed with versatile commercial-grade furnishings, statement lighting and layered performance grade textiles that capture the funky midtown vibe. Playful accents and a curated selection of locally inspired artworks bring warmth and storytelling to every space, while bold wallcoverings, accent paint colors and sculptural décor pieces create unexpected moments of discovery.

Outdoors, the rooftop and balcony areas became true extensions of residents’ homes. Weather-resistant lounge furniture, hammock installations and abundant potted greenery invite people to relax, socialize and soak in city views—blurring the line between indoor comfort and fresh-air living.
