Axis on Marketplace is a multifamily renovation project in Kyle, Texas, designed by Design by DuBois to elevate resident experience through thoughtful interior design. This clubhouse and amenity upgrade included the leasing office, business center, flex rooms, game room, clubroom, club kitchenette, theater, and outdoor covered lounge. We used durable, high-performance finishes to add warmth and style while maintaining function. Neutral color palettes layered with deep blue and charcoal accents created inviting, modern interiors. By reimagining each space—from model unit to clubhouse lounge—we helped this Texas community stand out in a competitive multifamily market near Austin.
