With dark-to-light contrasts and tasteful pops of color, this multi-family interior design model apartment is staged for perfection at Kinsley Forest creating a design to both spark interest and impress. The living room incorporates lighter neutral tones and darker black and wood touches with a smaller-scale sofa featuring a chaise to show off the openness of the space. The sofa is accentuated with a collection of decorative pillows in varied tones and paired with an accent chair in sable gray with dark wood and black accents. Mango wood tops adorn both the coffee and side tables with iron bases. An ample-sized desk and unique desk chair make the most of the open concept in the back corner and create the perfect work-from-home spot. The bathroom has a serene vibe with a neutral palette popped with a few plants, while the bedroom features striped bedding and rich Acadia wood for the dresser, bed, and nightstands. Accents of navy and a neutral gray contribute to the bedroom’s subtle pop.
