Skye Suwanee Town Center is a multifamily renovation in Suwanee, Georgia, just north of Atlanta, where Design by DuBois reimagined the community's amenity spaces and model home to elevate the resident experience. The scope spanned the leasing office, managers' offices, resident entrance hallway, elevator lobby, and business center, along with the wine room, clubhouse, and the loft above it, plus a fully merchandised model living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. We layered a warm, modern palette of Urban Bronze, soft greige, and crisp white with cool blue-gray accents, set against a custom antelope-print wallpaper that anchors the clubhouse and wine room. New lighting, built-in shelving, and curated FF&E mix with thoughtfully repurposed existing pieces to stretch every budget dollar. The result is a cohesive, high-performing community that stands out in Atlanta's competitive multifamily market.
