At Skye Suwanee Town Center in Suwanee, Georgia, we renovated the community’s leasing and amenity spaces and furnished the model apartment. The scope included the leasing and managers’ offices, resident entry, elevator lobby, business center, wine room, clubhouse and loft.

Urban Bronze, soft greige and crisp white sit alongside blue-gray accents and antelope-print wallpaper. New lighting, built-in shelving, furnishings and artwork work with select existing pieces, bringing the shared spaces and model together while making the most of the budget.
