At Stadium Walk by Windsor in Atlanta, Design by DuBois renovated the clubhouse and leasing office, reworking how the two spaces relate to each other. The leasing office was enclosed behind black-framed glass partition walls, giving the team a private, secure office while keeping the area visually open and full of natural light. Separating the office from the clubhouse also lets the community use the clubhouse independently, including outside of leasing hours.
The renovation also added a private conference room and business center, enclosed in the same black-framed glass. A long wood table, camel leather chairs, a sculptural orb-cluster pendant, and a plaid-patterned rug give residents a polished space to meet and work.
In the clubhouse, a bold blue-and-cream geometric wallcovering, custom-designed in-house by Design by DuBois and printed for the space, anchors the double-height room, layered against warm reeded-wood paneling and leather-wrapped columns. The front lounge pairs a dusty-blue sofa, swivel accent chairs, and a tan leather chair over a patterned rug, while the back of the clubhouse adds channel-tufted banquette seating, terrazzo-top bistro tables, a refreshed bar counter with new stools, and a relaxed co-working zone. The existing shuffleboard was kept and reframed with new lighting.
Throughout, Design by DuBois replaced dated fixtures with sculptural ring and linear pendants, refreshed the finishes and wood-look flooring, and blended new furnishings with select existing pieces. The result is a cohesive, light-filled amenity: a polished leasing office and a flexible clubhouse that residents can gather in, work from, and enjoy day or night.
