5. Presentation of estimates and furnishings/materials; a collection of deposit
6. Placement of orders and delivery lead time assessment
7. Budget review
8. Initiation of construction and/or renovation
9. Installation of design plan and receipt of orders
10. Furniture installation and styling
11. Client reveals
12. Deficiencies walkthrough
13. Resolving deficiencies
14. Client closure meeting and presentation of final invoices
15. Presentation of client binder and thank you
