Design by DuBois provided a targeted interior design refresh for the Windsor Encore multifamily community. We focused on updating key amenity spaces—including the lobby, resident lounge, and shared gathering areas—with contemporary furnishings, updated lighting, and select refined finishes.
The rooftop lounge adjacent to the pool now offers stylish seating and a playful mix of deep blues and natural woods—perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The resident lounge was reimagined with a communal seating area ideal for working from home and resident gatherings, blending comfort and function. Graphic wallpaper brings energy and personality to the refreshed space. In the lobby, an open and welcoming layout creates a memorable first impression for residents and guests alike.
This strategic multifamily interior design enhancement improved functionality and visual appeal while aligning with today’s renter expectations. The result is a cohesive, modern environment that supports resident comfort and community connection.
