At Windsor Vinings in Atlanta, we opened up dated amenity spaces and updated the clubhouse, leasing office, fitness center, and coworking lounge. Layered neutrals, wood finishes, and new lighting connect the spaces.
A sculptural reception desk, fluted paneling, wallcoverings, and custom millwork give each area its own character. The coworking lounge combines stadium seating with flexible places to work, while the clubhouse kitchenette and banquette make room for residents to gather.
Finishes and furnishings were selected for comfort, daily use, and maintenance. The gallery includes completed spaces and design renderings.
