Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Vinings neighborhood, this multifamily renovation focused on transforming outdated, closed-off amenity spaces into a refined, open, and light-filled experience with a hospitality-driven approach. Design by DuBois reimagined the clubhouse, leasing office, fitness center, and co-working lounge to better meet the needs of today’s residents. Clean architectural lines, layered neutrals, and intentional textures bring calm and polish throughout. Standout details include a custom sculptural reception desk, fluted wood paneling, upgraded lighting, artful wallcoverings, and built-in millwork that adds both form and function. The co-working space features playful yet efficient stadium seating and a variety of flexible work zones. Every finish and furnishing was selected to balance comfort, durability, and timeless design—enhancing daily life while supporting the long-term value of the community.
